Report Stolen Items
Please use the following form to report lost or stolen items. In the event someone comes in with the stolen items, we will notify the police immediately.
This report is filed with all Common Exchange locations upon submission, therefore it is not necessary to make a report for each location.
If you have not yet filed a report with the police, we strongly recommend doing so as it puts them in a better position to return your items to you.

Serial numbers are the most reliable way to identify stolen items. If you have access to the serial number(s) of your item(s), be sure to include them in the description!
